I've been ordering Jorgensen albums (or Jørgensen to give the correct spelling) for clients for most of last year but until now I haven't actually seen any of them myself. The albums have always been sent to Carol at the studio for the final stage of production and onward shipping to clients. To save time, we've now changed to having the albums fully assembled and as this was the first to be ordered in that way, I wanted to check it and take some images of the final product (something I've been meaning to do for a while). I knew the Jørgensen quality of course but it was nice to finally see one with my own photographs in. Matted albums have a very high-end feel to them and the quality of these is exceptional. It's no surprise they are considered one of the very best album manufacturers. Everything about the presentation and packaging is quality: from the sturdy box through to the precision cut mats. The bindings are traditional book style and the leather has a lovely grain. All very fine.
The Jørgensen is the premium option of our album types, due to the additional construction and materials that go into the books. Whether this or a Folio album, both are superb choices for displaying a story of wedding images.
